Allison has 25 years of experience with seven of those years in the banking industry. As Chief People Officer for Encore Bank, Allison oversees HR, Marketing, Communications, Investor Relations, Training and Experience. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College. Allison serves as Board Chair for the Central Arkansas Alzheimer’s Association and will be co-chairing the Evolve Gala with her husband in 2024 to raise money for Centers for Youth and Families. Allison is a past 40 under 40 in Arkansas recipient, class of Leadership AR VII and named to Arkansas Money & Politics’ list of 2022 Women in Banking.
