Chris Chunn is born and raised in Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with his Bachelor’s in Finance. Chris has over 12+ years of sales and recruiting experience, with the last 10+ years working for a recruitment firm specializing in Accounting, Finance, HR, and Executive level placements. Chris is active in the community and has served on several boards in the Little Rock area. Chris currently lives in Central Arkansas with his wife Stephanie and his 2-year-old identical twin boys. Chris enjoys traveling, golf, real estate, pool time with the family, his dog Charlie, and enjoying the outdoors. Chris is excited to bring his experience and passion to Arkansas Talent Podcast. Stephanie Shine has over 15 years of recruitment & HR experience, with the last 13 at a  recruitment firm specializing in Accounting, Finance, HR, and Executive level placements. Stephanie has held progressive leadership roles during her career in recruitment and has served on several board leadership roles including; Rotary International, AFWA, and IMA. She had been recognized in regional publications in Arkansas Business, Soiree Women to Watch, and several other Executive Spotlights throughout the years. She has won national top performer awards for recruiting and is excited to bring her passion and knowledge to Arkansas Talent Podcast.
