Ep. 5-Tyler Schaller-First Orion

In this episode of Arkansas Talent Podcast, we have the pleasure of getting a sneak peek into a high performing Talent Acquisition team at First Orion. We will be getting to know Tyler Schaller and what First Orion has been doing over the last few years to grow and keep talent in the state, mentor and employ new grads, create a people-first mentality focused on culture. 

As an Arkansas native, Tyler Schaller has always found the natural state to be home. After attending the University of Arkansas, she has focused her career on creating intentional, curated experiences through the recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycles under both privately held and private equity, fast-paced, and fast growing, tech companies. 

Now with First Orion, she’s contributed to enhancing their award-winning culture of putting people first during her 4 years with the company. As the Director of Talent Management at First Orion, she leads their talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives, strategy, and team. This includes hiring and attracting talent to the state of Arkansas, employee engagement & events, championing our volunteering and community initiatives, office amenities & wellness! 

 Tyler is a former Arkansas Business 20-in-their-20’s honoree and is passionate about growing the tech talent presence here in Central Arkansas.
